PepsiCo Bangladesh Private Limited has signed an agreement with MetLife Bangladesh to provide insurance benefits for its employees and their dependent family members in Bangladesh.
Under this partnership, employees and their dependents will receive financial protection against accident, disability, and life risks, as well as in-patient, outpatient, and maternity medical insurance benefits.
Pranab Mehta, Managing Director of PepsiCo Bangladesh Private Limited, and Mohammad Kamruzzaman, Assistant Managing Director and Chief Corporate Business Officer of MetLife Bangladesh, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
PepsiCo has chosen MetLife as its insurance provider due to its consistent success in claims settlement, customer-centric insurance solutions, modern digital dashboard, cashless hospitalization and ambulance services, and strong financial position. These features help ensure fast and hassle-free insurance claim settlement. MetLife paid insurance claims worth Tk 2,853 crore in 2025 and Tk 1,384 crore in the first six months of 2026, both of which are the highest in the country’s life insurance industry.
